Silansys engages with customers on a number of levels.
Silansys' services Business Model may be either a Time & Material, Fixed-Price
or Volume Service Agreement. Under our Fixed-Price Model Silansys will
deliver a fully functional solution to the agreed specification.
Time and Materials is suited to developments where there are areas of shared
responsibility, where task flexibility is important, or where there are likely
changes in the customer requirements during the project.
Under a
Volume Services Agreement Silansys will dedicate a defined team to work exclusively
for a customer for a period of time that is typically in excess of one year.
Under all models 'Deliverables' and 'Expectations' are clearly defined.
